These Terms and Conditions apply to shopping at outletshopping.ca, operated under the store name Outlet Shopping. Please read them together with the policies linked below before placing an order. For questions, email [email protected].

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorised to use the payment method provided. Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery details and keep any account credentials secure. Let us know promptly about an incorrect address or suspected unauthorised account activity.

Products and Canadian manufacturing

Outlet Shopping focuses on products made locally in Canada. Check each product listing for its description, materials, dimensions, origin information and any applicable care instructions. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific manufacturing or sourcing detail confirmed.

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and availability may change. A general description of our store does not replace the specific information supplied for an individual item.

Prices and payment

The default store currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). Review the currency, quantities, discounts, applicable taxes and final total shown at checkout before submitting your order. Standard delivery is free. Any destination charges on orders accepted outside Canada are explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Discounts apply only as described in the relevant offer. We do not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement. Payment methods are those actually available through the checkout process; see Betalningsalternativ.

Orders and availability

An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not by itself confirm dispatch. We will contact you if an item is unavailable, a material listing error affects your order, or there is a payment or delivery issue. We will explain the available options and obtain your agreement before making a substitution or charging a different amount.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the affected items. We may refuse a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful use or unauthorised payment, subject to applicable law.

Free delivery

We provide free standard delivery on orders accepted through the website. The estimated delivery window displayed on the site is normally 2–6 calendar days from the order date and updates daily. Estimates are not a guaranteed appointment or a replacement for statutory delivery and cancellation rights.

30-day free returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. We cover the return shipping cost through a prepaid label or another agreed arrangement and do not charge a restocking or return-processing fee under this offer.

The Returns and Refunds Policy explains the procedure, reasonable item-condition requirements, refunds and cancellations. This voluntary return period does not reduce your rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

Privacy and communications

Website content and acceptable use

Website text, graphics and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may use the website for legitimate browsing and shopping. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or other users, upload malicious material, or misuse personal information obtained through the site.

Third-party services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller under applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, warranties or remedies under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law, or other consumer protection law that applies to your purchase. No provision requires you to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us to resolve an issue; this does not prevent you from using any available legal or regulatory remedy.

Changes and contact
