This Privacy Policy explains how Outlet Shopping, the online store at outletshopping.ca, handles personal information when you browse, place an order, create an account or contact us. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

• Orders and delivery: your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number when provided, purchased items and order correspondence.
• Accounts: your account details, saved addresses and order history when you create or use an account.

Please do not send full payment card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email. We will explain any specific verification information needed for a request.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery and returns, manage accounts, answer enquiries, maintain shopping sessions, prevent fraud and misuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

Information needed to complete a purchase is separate from optional marketing choices. Promotional emails require an appropriate consent or other lawful basis. You can unsubscribe through a marketing email or contact us to withdraw that choice. Essential order, delivery and service messages may still be sent.

Cookies, saved favourites and reviews

Our Cookie Policy explains shopping-session cookies and browser storage, including locally saved favourite products. You can manage these through your browser, although blocking essential storage may prevent shopping or account features from working.

Reviews that you submit for publication may display your review and chosen display name publicly. Avoid including private contact or payment information. Retention and protection

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order fulfilment, returns, record-keeping, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. When information is no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or anonymised.

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and technical protections. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Access, correction and privacy requests

You may request access to information we hold about you, ask for a correction, enquire about its use or disclosure, or request withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained or withheld under applicable law. We will explain any relevant restriction.
