We offer 30-day free returns on purchases from outletshopping.ca. Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return. We cover the return shipping cost.

How to arrange a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Wait for our return instructions, including the return address and a prepaid label or another return method arranged at our expense.
3. Pack the items securely, include your order reference and follow the agreed shipping instructions. Keep your tracking details or proof of handover.

Please contact us before sending the parcel so you receive the correct instructions. If you cannot use the proposed return method, let us know so we can arrange an alternative. We do not charge a restocking or return-processing fee under this offer.

Condition of returned items

For a change-of-mind return, items should remain in their original condition, with no use beyond reasonable inspection or trying them on. Include the supplied accessories and keep tags and original packaging where practical.

These conditions do not restrict your rights where goods are damaged, defective, unsafe or not as described. If parts or packaging are missing because of a problem with the delivery, explain this when contacting us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Tell us about the issue and include your order number. Photographs can help us understand the problem where available. We will discuss the appropriate remedy and arrange any necessary return at our expense.

The 30-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any longer period or additional remedy provided by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds

After the return is received and checked, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items and associated taxes collected by us, subject to any earlier deadline required by law. Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. We will notify you when the refund is issued.

No return shipping cost, restocking fee or return-processing fee will be deducted under our 30-day free returns offer. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you need help tracing a refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us to check availability and whether a direct exchange or a return followed by a new order is appropriate.

To cancel an order before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. If dispatch cannot be stopped, we will explain how to return the goods. Any separate cancellation rights under applicable law remain available.
