This page explains payment arrangements for orders placed through outletshopping.ca.

The payment methods available for your order are those offered at checkout or on the payment page. Availability can depend on your location, currency, device and the payment provider. Select an available option and follow the instructions shown.

If no payment option is available, contact [email protected] before attempting to pay. Do not send money using payment details supplied in an unverified message.

Currency, prices and taxes

Our store’s default currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). Review the currency and final order total before authorising payment. The order summary shows product prices, applicable discounts and any taxes charged by us. Standard delivery is free.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or account fees. Those fees are determined by your provider. See Versand und Lieferung for information about destination charges on orders accepted outside Canada.

Payment authorisation

You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Your provider may request an additional authentication step. Complete the instructions and wait for confirmation before closing the payment page.

A pending bank entry may be an authorisation rather than a completed charge. Your bank determines how long an unused authorisation remains visible.

Declined or interrupted payments

Check your billing information and any verification request from your provider if a payment is declined. Your bank or payment provider can explain the reason for a decline.

If you are unsure whether payment succeeded, check your order emails and payment account before trying again. Contact us with the order reference, date and a description of the issue so we can help you avoid duplicate orders or charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Our Returns and Refunds Policy provides a 30-day free return period from receipt, with return shipping covered by us. Bank processing times may affect when the credit appears.

Payment support and security

Enter payment credentials only through the checkout or the payment provider’s process. Never email full card numbers, security codes, PINs, passwords or one-time verification codes.
