HONEY

This golden nectar is one of nature’s many gifts, it has a way of showcasing the unique terroir of the environment where it was made.

This raw, unpasteurized honey comes from the Carolinian forests and meadows of Southwestern Ontario where nectar sources such as Linden, Maple, Clover, Goldenrod, Tulip tree and Bee balm are in abundance contributing to a clean, light flavour profile.
