D3

Generally, less than 20% of the body’s vitamin D needs come from the diet; however, during sun exposure we top off our vitamin D levels from the conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterol in the skin. However, many people who limit exposure to the sun’s UV radiation tend to be vitamin D deficient.

Beyond being essential for calcium metabolism/absorption, adequate vitamin D status plays a pivotal role in the regulation of:

Immune responses

Muscle function

Muscle recovery

Muscular remodeling

Maintaining adequate Vitamin D status also improves hormonal and sexual health in men and women by supporting:

Total testosterone

Free testosterone

Sperm quality (men)

Healthy estrogen levels

Each capsule of HD Muscle D3 contains 2000iu (50mcg) of high potency Vitamin D3. Take as directed.
